TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Prices are subject to change

2. Transport / Delivery charges extra.

3. For Street lights, pole cost not included.

4. Street Lights with Remote Control - Brightness of light setting as programmed and can be set as per customer preference (eg: full brightness for 2Hrs / 4Hrs/ 6 Hrs or Always etc)

5. Warranty - as prescribed by Original Equipment Manufacturer. We will extend co-operation and co-ordinate with them.

6. Payment Terms: 100% advance

7. Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.

8. All disputes are subject to Chennai Jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

Diligent efforts are taken by us to offer good quality products to the customer. However, in exceptional cases we offer the Return and refund policy as under:

Return and Refund policy :

Terms of return - Goods once sold cannot be taken back. However, if the product offered is in variance with the demo/sample piece shown, can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery.
State of return - In case of return, the product should not be tampered with or should not be used or Warranty seal should not be broken.
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product) should be specified.
Process for return : The product should be delivered at our office address at the cost of customer.
Process of refund. If the reason specified by customer is found to be correct, replacement or refund will be effected immediately.
